Sandy is passionate about fine home design, harmonious spaces and the green building movement. She has been a Realtor for 5 years representing buyers and sellers in the residential property market.
Living amidst such natural beauty fostered a deep concern for the environment so Sandy became a Certified Build it Green Building Professional. Her other professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Monterey County Association of Realtors, EcoBroker International, e-PRO and the Golden Gate School of Feng Shui.
Before moving to California, Sandy worked on the East Coast in sales, marketing and events production. She has a background in multicultural marketing and has traveled throughout Asia, Europe and South America. Sandy's clients depend on her groundedness to calm and reassure them during the stresses of the escrow process. In addition she is a masterful listener. When she’s not helping clients buy or sell property, Sandy likely will be found behind the camera lens, practicing the Japanese tea ceremony or wielding a Japanese sword - all activities which contribute to her inner strength and negotiating skills!
